Is it possible to construct a FSM lib (like SpinalHDL has done) in Chisel?

I've found that SpinalHDL has some powerful and elegant ways to describe a rather complicated fsm.

So I searched github and found this repo. It seems that this repo is no longer actively maintained since 2016.

But I came to make a request with a glimmer of hope. I wonder if it's possible to construct a FSM lib (like SpinalHDL has done) in Chisel?
