Illustrated Guide: Facility -> Characters #1159
Description
The Facility allowed length varies on the website:
- The Illustrated Guide, Facility case says 2-4 characters
- The Facility page says "2–3 characters", but later it says "Pick a 2-4 letter code"
-> actual codes have either 2 or 3 characters
We should align to either 2-3 or 2-4.
