HTML Tags Not Preserved in Dataverse Root Collection Description Field

Description:
When editing the Dataverse root collection under General Information, an HTML file was added into the Description field and saved. However, upon reopening the General Information section for editing, the HTML tags were not preserved, and the description was displayed as plain text instead of rendering or keeping the HTML formatting.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Dataverse root collection.
2. Click Edit > General Information.
3. Insert an HTML file or add HTML content (e.g., Bold Text) into the Description field.
4. Click Save Changes.
5. Reopen the General Information section for editing.

Expected Behavior:

The HTML formatting should be preserved when the description field is reloaded for editing.

Actual Behavior:

The description is displayed as plain text, stripping the HTML tags.

For this fix, we are removing the conversion to markdown from the library to the frontend, so the issue is dependent on this js-dataverse issue: IQSS/dataverse-client-javascript#264
