Question: Use a M3U file

Does anyone know how to use a M3U using FFmpeg library ?

It's working well using FFplay.
For example:
ffplay.exe -i "https://ncdn-live-bfm.pfd.sfr.net/shls/LIVE$BFM_TV/index.m3u8?end=END&start=LIVE"
