Filter resets after uninstalling a package

Steps:

1. Setting the filter to "Show Installed Packages"
2. Uninstalling a package.
3. Returning to Home Page.

Behavior:

After uninstalling the package, the filter shows "Show Installed Packages" but actually shows all packages.

Expected:

Should not reset the filter and show only installed packages.
