Collected Info for Next Patch (5.2.2)

This will be a consolidated thread for discussions related to the next release, until I figure out how/whether I have the ability to give other people permission to do merging/releases to the Nexus.

Please list any changes you're making/have made for the next release, and indicate when we want the next release to go and I will do it. Hopefully with less screwups than the one I just did.

I'm new at this kind of thing so tell me if I'm missing anything/going in too much detail:

1. Added a toggle to hide weapon effets since a few people complained about the weapons glowing and being ridiculous. I did this by preventing the weapon visual effect to be added to the game instance if it's toggled on.

2. Made a quick and dirty ''fix'' for NPC stats since a lot of people are complaining about that. It is very ugly right now and not optimal at all, I will change it soonish when I have time to modify the assets when they are loaded instead, as tjayharvey suggested.

Seems fine - though at least item 2 is already out, right? This is for accumulating changes for the next release, so it's good to note that you plan to rework, but you don't need to list anything already done in a previous release.

They are both out technically, interpreted "list any changes you're making/have made" to mean the previous one. My bad
