Dear Jayantha,

Further to our discussion on the above subject, I am attaching a summary of the proposal that I have already sent to Presidential Secretariat.
I would like to present this to the President if an opportunity is given.

My genuine interest is in the development of ICT and ICT Education Sectors of the country. Honestly speaking, I have no interest in holding positions but doing something practical for the country. These are quick, implementable proposals for which I have some strategic plans in mind.

I have suggested 7 projects and if ICTA and the President thinks this makes sense I will be willing to lead those projects with your support.
