As a Developer, I need to address these non-functional requirements

• The assessment interface should support Sinhala, Tamil and English languages.

• The questions (in the questions bank) should support Sinhala, Tamil and English languages.

• If an assessment taker's device or browser fails, they should be able to resume the assessment without any issue (Recovery-Point-Objective no less than 60 seconds)

• This solution should be easily maintainable and extensible for future new feature requirements of the using organization.
