[Vue.js] Add client side routing for the management portal #138
Description
This is for the branch: war-feature . Which now has a frontend folder that does now depend on spring for it's webpages. The original server-side router has also been deleted.
- Other than login other pages will not appear if the server does return an ok.
- Since the server side has not yet have a complete role based authorization, will not have client side permission based routing yet.
