Steps to resolve this:

• update basics, swap from redirecting to development @pearsonca
• update details (e.g. new AIMS house rule pdf etc) @Zinhlem @faikah (these are the places in logistics/index.md marked with {: .shadow } annotations + associated content)
• document this update task as belonging to logistics lead @Zinhlem
