In order to complete stock-quote microservice we need to:

1. Upgrade spring-boot version, that comes along with upgrading redisson client libraries
2. Implement a proper way to manage configuration properties
3. Implement spring-security for JWT
4. Implement a proper way to set TTL in redis cache

@jwalcorn I think we should try the projects option in Github to create our tasks for this missing implementations
