[Binder] Add minimal support for BINDER (LINKEDIT) control statement files

Hi,

Related to IBM Dependency Based Build product, would it be possible to have minimal support in IBM Z Open Editor for files containing BINDER (formerly LINKEDIT) control statements?

• Defining a file extension, for example .lnk, associated with a languageId, for exemple Binder control
• At a minimum, a TextMate grammar is required for syntax highlighting

Note that in an IBM User Build context, such a file should be build-eligible, or even transferred to the build space at the same time as the main file to which it might be linked by a naming convention.
