Add support for ollama-bar and Open WebUI

Complete the installation steps to install `ollama-bar` with `Open WebUI`.

## Describe the solution you'd like

When the installer completes, users on macos should be able to run the `ollama-bar.app` application and see the menu-bar icon that manages the `ollama` and `Open WebUI` servers.
