Implement Hive table operations

Contributors can pick and choose from the following list of operations that are not yet supported:

• Create and drop a table
• Create and drop a namespace
• Read from table
• Write to a table
• Commit to a table
• Rename a table
• Get location of a table
• Get partition spec of a table
