Resolve with community the cleanest approach how to handle composing arbitrary k8s namespaces

Work with the crossplane.io community to ensure we have a way to manage the arbitrary k8s namespaces vs developing a dedicated provider.

Use Case:

• leverage crossplane for application provisioning and binding and application abstraction with either in-cluster or hosted implementation
