Add Polyglot message in conclusion

In the course intro. README... we say:

Although this course uses the Node.js language in its examples, you are free to use your favorite supported language, such as Python, Rust or Swift by simply supplying equivalent functional code.
```

It would be good to reiterate this at the course conclusion...
