Fast similarity calculation flag for build_model #98

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Add a flag for determining whether similarity calculation should be performed with the following behaviour fast_similarity:
- True: ECFP-8 2048 bits
- False: MAPc-8 2048 bits
