Today we reproduced the longitudinal response pattern using github's MAP curator data.
As previously mentioned, there is a major issue with duplicate entires on this file. Jamie does not have duplicate entries in her ds0 merge using both 2014 data and 2016 data from RADC and this should be investigated further [plans so far include asking RADC for a new data pull with all variables the lab is interested on: Jamie to head this up]

The sandbox transition-count.R file has been updated with progress on counting the transitions to stroke using the cumulative stroke variable.
