1. We have produced a new report at ./sandbox/2016-06-17 that changes the default sorting order of the dynamic table. That version of the report is now available at frequencies of cummulative stroke

Missing data in the middle of the wave

There are some responses in which missing values appear between observed waves. For example:

0 0 0 . 0 1 1
0 0 0 1 . 1 1
0 1 1 1 1 . 1 

In case of cumulative variables (which, once turn 1, cannot become 0 at a later point), the missingness can be filled in by substituting the dot by the value in the next observable wave. We felt that this must be dealt with prior to arriving for response pattern analysis, during the data preparation stage ( arguably, this is easiest to implement when data is in the long format )

Generalizability

1. compile an R script that would prepare the raw data into the form that could be passed to the longitudinal-response-pattern function.
2. develop and test a general function that accomplished the pattern frequency computation given the data of the set shape.
