Meeting with @ampiccinin to address renaming and corrected cognitive measures.
@andkov and @ampiccinin have edited the cognitive-measure-entry-table.csv. A few cognitive measure remain questionable. @ampiccinin, please check on the following items

- what is complexideas in RADC?
- what is verbalfluencytest in ILSE? is it letter or categories?
