Auto-watering: If sheduled watering cycle falls short, then auto water for remains time.

In case, there is power failure and one of scheduled watering was interrupted then at the end of of schedule of all relays, algorithm could check if watering was complete for relays/valves. If less than scheduled then auto-watering should quick in. This should be useful for water pump operated systems.  Thank u
