Add write timeseries group endpoint

There is a get get_timeseries_group function but no write_timeseries_group function. It would be nice to manage timeseries groups with a write function. The CMWS-VUE GUI will let you bulk add timeseries to a group, but to remove them you need to do it one at a time.
