NooDS on Windows, Stuck at 300+ FPS

My cat walked accross my keyboard and pressed a lot of buttons and now my game is stuck in fast forward mode.

Things I've Tried:

• Reassigning hotkeys to toggle fast forward.
• Deleting NooDS and redownloading.
• Deleting ROM and redownloading.
• Deleting everything and restarting computer, then redownloading.
• Turning on V Sync and limitting the FPS on the graphic's card to 60 FPS

The game is still running at 300+ FPS.
Is there anything else I could try?

Check General Settings -> FPS Limiter and make sure it's turned on. Worst case, go to Path Settings -> Open Folder and delete the noods.ini file to reset all settings.
