Slash commands behavior

The highlighted command should execute on return (and not the fragment that i typed). And it would be cool if i could iterate over the list of recommendations and execute those, too

@snoller Agree. Need to find a better way. At the moment, you can move through the suggestions with ctrl-p and ctrl-n so it won't come into conflict with arrow up/down flipping through previous messages. Tab completes.
