add battery tracker to the robot page #32
Description
An critical function in the pit is keeping track of which batteries have been used in the robot so that we always know that:
- the most fully charged battery is being put in the robot
- if the battery has been put in the robot since the last match
- that all batteries are rotated to ensure even degradation
