remove duplicate TMPs #231

Describe the bug
If there are multiple TMPs for a team for a given match, both TMPs are factored into analysis. This can occur when a match is re-scouted, which is usually done when an issue with the initial scouting data was detected. When this happens, the intention is to then delete the TMP with the issue, but this may not happen.
Expected behavior
This can be solved by implementing a transformer that filters through all tmps and removes duplicates, keeping the most recent.
