JSON to KG: Dataset and DatasetVersion

Improvement suggestions from @ingrre:

• Pre-fill the dataset version and version identifier with “v1” and “This is the first version of this dataset”, respectively
• Use the name of the dataset title as short name, not as full name (so that it can actually be found in the editor)
• Create a dataset instance with dataset title and description (instead of putting these in the dataset version)

Suggestion from @ieaasebo:

• Ask the user if a dataset version already exists, and update this instead of creating a new dataset version where relevant
