Handling morphology field

Related to https://github.com/HumanBrainProject/hbp-validation-framework/issues/270 and https://github.com/HumanBrainProject/hbp-validation-framework/issues/271

Check “morphology” is specified then “model_scope=‘single cell’”
(the KG can’t yet handle morphologies for network models).
