mutualize effort on daskr modernization #2

Hi @HugoMVale,
I noticed yesterday that you have also been working on daskr. I had pretty much the same idea 6 months before; daskr. It's a great piece of code and it would be a pitty to not do anything.
I do not know what you think about it, but that would certainly be way more efficient if we mutualize the refactoring efforts rather than working on separate projects.
