Drop goes out of view with svg rect #179
Description
I have a few svg rectangles in my page and i have a drop that appears when i hover on this rect with position set to "bottom center".
When i hover over a rectangle anywhere in the page, i expect drop to render at "bottom-center". But if i at hover over a rect at the bottom of my browser's view(there's more content below this rect hidden from viewer) the drop crops. how to tell drop to re-position itself above the rect.
