How do I create the database?

I'm interested in using Dockyard, but I'm having difficulty creating the database. How do I create the migrations?

My Runtinme configuration about database is:

[database]
driver = mysql
uri = myuser:mypass@/mydockyarkdb

The README says "Initlization Tables":

dockyard db --action sync

However:

Error: unknown command "db" for "dockyard"
Run 'dockyard --help' for usage.
unknown command "db" for "dockyard"

I tried to run:

dockyard database migrate

But I get the following error:
