Description
We are going to introduce new UI on CL soon and it has some new functionality and data that relies on RecO and not implemented there atm, so we need to add missing parts.

To unblock implementation of new UI on CL

- leaderboard data should include totals & "actual on" date
- add "estimated reward" to leaderboard
