Remove dependency from sass

First of all, thank you for this missing component on MDL and React-MDL.

I wonder if there is a easy way to remove sass dependency. As you probably know, "create-react-app" does not allow sass by default and many people are happy with that (including me).

Hey @FranciscoGileno. I'm currently in the process of rewriting this component. See #1 for more info. Removing sass dependency should be pretty easy, because the styles are very simple. This component will be deprecated once react-mdl-extra is ready. Check it out https://github.com/HriBB/react-mdl-extra

So react-mdl-extra is out. I plan to remove sass dependency soon, but I am really busy. You can make a PR if you wish ;)
