[BUG] Krakens in the Twilight Forest

Describe the bug
In the Lake biome from the Twilight Forest, there are way too many Krakens spawning.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Twilight Forest
2. Install Outvoted
3. Open the game
4. Go to the Lake biome form Twilight Forest
5. Admire the Krakens
