偶尔更新的hosts有缺失 #38
Description
电脑上，碰到了几次，比如今天，用tools更新了hosts，打开本地hosts，Last updated: 2016-12-25，更新成功，但搜instagram，搜不到结果；而在网页上Last updated: 2016-12-25，可以搜到instagram；之后运行了几次tools才可以搜到instagram。这好奇怪。
