CI workflow fails at connecting to the webapp

Describe the bug
The webapp setup passes successfully but when attempting to connect to the front it receives an empty html page.

To Reproduce
Run the docker-image.yaml workflow.

Expected behavior
Connection is successful and we can all go celebrate.
