Feature Request: Confirmation message OR preview when adding a cell in multiview and you already have livestreams/chats open #770

Something that I found occasionally frustrating was the "Add Cell" button in the multiview player. Specifically, it seems that the button always adds a new cell and reorders the layout in the same way. I found this frustrating in cases where I would have two livestreams and a chat open, and adding a new cell would both delete the chat I had open and reorder the layout into the 1 tall cell and 2 stacked cells on the right.
In order to reduce room for user error, I would like for a confirmation message to appear if you already have livestreams/chats open, warning you that it may disrupt your current setup. Or, maybe a menu that shows a preview of how the layout would change, with some options for users to customize how the cell should be added.
