[Request] Allow custom next day time

I'm a night own, and just realised that TimeIT is reporting hours recorded after midnight as belonging to the next day.  GnoTime allows you to set a "New day starts at" time, so that any time logged before this gets associated with the previous day.  This would be really useful for me.

Thanks, by the way, this is a great replacement for the aging GnoTime!
