The heightStyle accordion option is missing from all the accordion tags #200
Description
The heightStyle should be one of the options passed to the accordion, since with jQuery 1.9+ there are quite a few problems controlling the height of the accordion when it is initially hidden.
The accordion, accordion-list and accordion-collection should accept the option.
