TriTach reputation penalty when funding their rebels

Normally when you trade heavily with another faction, you get a reputation penalty with TriTach. Makes sense.

However, if I'm selling marines and heavy armaments to one of their rebellions on a planet that was taken from them, this probably should not happen.

I thought I already coded it (in this class) such that black market trade on anyone's market doesn't annoy enemies of that faction, rebellion or not. Guess I'll have to test again 🤔

Couldn't reproduce in a quick test; it's possibly a mod conflict involving the rep tracker. If someone has encountered the issue and knows a reliable repro method in a minimally modded game that'd be helpful.
