Feature Description
This is a feature suggestion from a HibiscusMC player,
"Sometimes I'm feeling indecisive and just want to have my tools and cosmetics randomly selected for me yknow"
Implementation Description
We could likely have this as a menu action and a command where it would choose a random cosmetic from the type that you select (HAT/BACKPACK/ETC) as long as you have it unlocked.
