Not compatible with the latest version of Chainer

Hi,

This code uses an older version of Chainer. For example, wscale option was removed in the newer versions ( as mentioned in https://docs.chainer.org/en/stable/upgrade_v2.html#wscale-option-is-removed-from-links ).

Is it possible to update the code?

I updated this code to work with Chainer v 5.1

But I haven't tested this code in train phase enough, so I'm sorry if it doesn't work
