I've added a previous/next navigator. So with count we will have severity filtering on what comments get displayed.

Benefit will be - user can navigate through only warning+ comments, or info only comments.

These things can be combined as a single unified ui. Count plus filtering plus next/previous navigation.

Has some overlap with bulk issue copy as well. We can connect this aspect as well probably. Will get it done
