Github Webhook Broken

1. If webhook installation fails - user doesn't get a clear error message at the dasbhoard level
2. Github webhook is confused to be gitea, and it fails to post comments now
3. Need better guidance on what livereviewbot user is supposed to get within the org. Not able to deal with webhooks when merely added as a member. When admin able to handle.

This is fixed now in the cloud version

Now we have better indications of progress for webhook in the ai connector list + the home/dashboard
