Fail to execute unit tests on NUMA environment

Description

I'm trying to run unit tests on NUMA environment and NUMA build, but src/tcmalloc.cc:283] Attempt to free invalid pointer 0x7f9ea0024310 error happened.

However, it doesn't happened when unit tests are executed on FAME environment and FAME build.

Environment

Ubuntu18.04, NUMA machine

Build info

Building alps with -DTARGET_ARCH_MEM=CC-NUMA

I avoid this error by removing tcmalloc from target_link_libraries in several CMakeList.txt.
google-perftools' document reports that tcmalloc doesn't work correctly in a running binary (e.g., using JNI in Java programs).

Can you provide details on when the error is encountered. We will reproduce and fix it. Using glibc malloc instead of tcmalloc() would impact the performance.

I encountered this error when I executed Sparkle building with CC-NUMA option on Ubuntu18.04 environment and it could be avoided by commenting out -ltcmalloc from CMakeLists.txt.

We are concerned about the impact on performance too. However, because it is not recommended to use tcmalloc in running binary, I would like to propose to remove tcmalloc from firesteel.
