How to run with burp request

Hi,

My prompt is submitted in post message so I have captured burp request and trying running with -r flag but seems like it is not getting where to put the prompt coz not getting any output when runing in test env it's working with get message but in post with burp request not working also what is Q/B/H/C/P in injection point?
