S-PScripts made it better and the instructions more readable.

go to each site you would like to unblock that is blocked because of your account and click the managed icon or "i"
next to the search bar to the left.
click cookies and site data -> Manage on-device site data -> click the trash 
and after clicking clear/
on all of them click done.
Then refresh the website and boom! You have an unblocked youtube or whatever.
