Texture edge animation

Create a plugin which allow the user to do animate the image on top of the edge.

THE GENERAL IDEA:

• render the moving image on top of the existing edge
• implement in similar was as a edge plugin:

CODING CHALLENGES

• improve the current layer plugin system (Shader) so it would support the insertion of the custom Shader infront or after the existing one
