Key theming #2391

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not necessarily a problem, but with a dark keyboard there are no key borders.
Describe the solution you'd like
We need some theming options for the key borders.
At the minimum the color of the key boarder.
Another solution would be to use a file, which would be a mask, and with that you could achieve far more advanced theming.
Use case
Currently I don't have any borders on my black keyboard, and have no way of defining color of key borders.
