Missing Warps

There are some warps which aren't built yet or where there are no coordinates specified yet.
These will either need to be built or temporarily use other warp buildings.

Here's a list of all missing warps and if they were already built/fixed:

• Meadow (Default)
• Aether (Legacy)
• Heaven (Legacy)
• Hell (Legacy)
• Villager (Person98)
